Customer Account Associate

We are seeking an Customer Account Associate to join our team! The Customer Account Associate will manage business interactions and relationships between our clients and their customers in a residential setting. The Customer Account Associate position is the prime contact for order-related activities and ensures customer loyalty by effectively managing the sales order process.

JOB DUTIES:

• Developing relationships with customers
• Making sure the customer expectations are met
• Working with a team on issues and problems
• Generating new Customer Accounts and maintaining existing accounts
• Collaborate with residential customers, to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multi-task and to react well under pressure, and treat others with respect
• Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
• Balances team and individual responsibilities and helps build a positive team spirit.
• Communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish is a plus.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
