Custom Clothing Sales Associate

LABEL is looking for a Sales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic professional Sales Associate, distinguished by their tenacity, independence, and professional integrity. This role will include lead generation, measurements, business development, internal/external communication, data analytics, creative problem solving and of course: end-to-end sales. This is a full time role in New York, New York reporting directly to our Sales Director and is paid fully commission based. Candidates who successfully complete our initial 1 month trial period will receive a training stipend, options for full benefits, and opportunities for future growth. 
Compensation

• This is a commission focused role with two years of declining base salary support. It is our expectation and experience that with thorough training and hard work you will be able to sustain yourself on a commission only structure after two years.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Sales

• Self-source, prospect, and market to potential clients by email, social media and other reputable platforms. 
• Book and conduct appointments with C-Level executives, owners, company presidents, and other prospects in LABEL Showroom space or at locations convenient to clients, supported by a sales manager and a senior sales executive when appropriate. 
• Meet with clients to measure and understand fit preferences to ensure a proper fit and work with existing alterations partners to make any adjustment(s), if needed.
• Guide clients with expert knowledge in fabric selection and personalized styling for garments based on clients lifestyle needs.

Internal Reporting and Business Management

• Ensure ordered garments are properly in stock, submit orders in a timely manner and address any issues as needed.
• Evaluate processes that are not efficient and work with leadership to find solutions to better optimize our organization. 

Client Relationship Management 

• Initiate, Maintain and grow long term relationships with clients 
• Communicate with clients regularly about outstanding orders and follow up about new styles, offers, promotions and other beneficial services. 
• Track and maintain all client information, sales data and other metrics in our organization’s CRM platform.

Experience

• 1 year of work experience or bachelors degree in related field required. 
• Experience in retail, sales or customer service desired. 
• Detail oriented, professional, dependable and precise required. 
• Willingness to learn, coachable and open to training and feedback required.  

This is an entry level role.
