Custodian/Janitor

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented second shift Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial and commercial cleaning, as well as facilities maintenance. If you have a keen eye for cleanliness and take pride in your work, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties```
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Perform floor care duties, such as stripping, waxing, and buffing floors
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience in industrial cleaning and commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
