Responsibilities:
- All interior spaces shall be free of dirt, debris, and dust. Careful attention is required to assure removal of all trash, dead insects, and spiderwebs from out-of-sight areas (e.g., under furniture, under floor mats and under runners, in corners, on baseboards, on ceiling areas).
- Walls, baseboards, and partitions shall be cleaned to be free of dirt, spots and non-permanent stains.
- Glass surfaces shall be free of streaks, smudges, and fingerprints.
- Clean and sanitize all touchpoints, knobs, doors, light switches; they shall be free of dirt, debris, and dust, smudges, and fingerprints.
- Floor areas shall be swept and mopped to remove any dirt, debris, and non-permanent stains. After mopping, the floor shall have a uniform spot free appearance. Easily moved items that may interfere with floor cleaning, may be tipped, or moved to gain access to the area that needs to be cleaned. Furnishings, furniture, floor mats and runners that need to be moved to clean the area underneath, shall be returned to their original location.
- Three (3) entrance rubber mats shall be cleaned/washed to remove dirt and grit. The rubber mats shall be moved to clean the dirt, grit, and moisture underneath and returned to their normal location.
- Clean and sanitize one (1) drinking fountain to ensure it’s free of water marks, fingerprints, debris, and encrustations.
- Twelve waste containers, including baskets, cans, receptacles, and depositories, within the contracted area shall be emptied and returned to its initial location. Waste containers that are soiled shall be cleaned to be free of dirt and debris. The trash/waste collected shall be disposed of in the dumpster 30 yards from building. Trash bags/liners shall not be torn, worn, or contain residue; whenever the liner is torn, worn, or contains residue, it shall be replaced.
- The Contractor shall clean and sanitize two (2) restrooms, they shall be free of dirt, debris, and dust. Two (2) toilets, one (1) in each restroom shall be cleaned and sanitized; toilet seats (inside and out) and toilet bowls (inside and out) shall be cleaned and sanitized; they shall be free of dirt, debris, dust, and any residue. Mirrors shall be clean and free of streaks, smudges, and fingerprints. Replace receptacle with new trash bag upon emptying. Clean and sanitize all restroom fixtures to be free of dirt, debris, dust, smudges, and fingerprints. Clean and sanitize all touchpoints, knobs, push plates, doors, to be free of dirt, debris, dust, smudges, and fingerprints. Walls and partitions shall be cleaned to be free of spots and stains. Floors shall be swept and mopped to remove any dirt, debris and non-permanent stains. After mopping, the floor shall have a uniform spot free appearance.
