Overview
The Custodian under supervision will perform quality custodial services.
Responsibilities

1. Clean restrooms, sweep, and wet mop all tile floors
2. Clean entrance ways windows (interior and exterior) and building windows, clean office glass as needed
3. Empty trash and replace liner in all trash cans
4. Perform high dusting monthly to include all window blinds, dust all areas as needed
5. Replace all paper and soap products in restrooms, replace deodorizers and batteries as needed
6. Vacuum all carpet areas
7. All other cleaning duties as assigned
8. Accept and implement special projects as assigned by supervisor.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES. Other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education. High school/GED
Licenses/Certifications. Valid driver's license.
Other (e.g., post-offer drug screen, background check, driver's license record, etc.). All employees must undergo a driver's license record check; classified employees must pass a background check.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:
1. Must meet Ability One requirements
2. Individual must possess willingness to learn and successfully perform tasks related to custodian positions

Rate of Pay: $15.00/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday; hours vary
