Custodial Technician

Compass Health Network is looking for a Custodial Technicianto provide support services to the assigned facility with regard to maintaining and cleaning the facility including offices, restrooms, showers, equipment, physical plant and grounds in order to provide a safe and clean environment. Must have working knowledge and understanding of general housekeeping & cleaning methods, and general maintenance methods and procedures.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.
Responsibilities of the Custodial Technician:

• Clean interior rooms and work areas, carpets and furniture
• Empty trash and replenish supplies as assigned
• Perform General maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, plunging toilets, and buffing floors
• Assist in maintaining and tracking inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and consumables
• Assist in receiving materials and supplies, restocking materials and supplies, and notifying appropriate staff of low materials and supplies
• Job coaching (SW location only)
• Other duties as assigned by individual location
  High School/GED preferred
  At least two (2) years experience in institutional housekeeping or janitorial operations preferred
