Who We Are

PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

What You’ll Do

This role is responsible for our PCMI product content. With a background in curriculum development, this role will build our PCMI product training and develop multiple pathways for content consumption; eLearning, classroom-based learning, embedded product learning and self-service knowledge management (for example, through the PCMI support portal). In this role, you will be responsible for learning the PCMI products, developing content and certification programs, building eLearning modules (and partnering with product to embed learning in the product), implementing an LMS and selecting tools for content development. As the driver of the PCMI product training, you will also be expected to provide training to internal resources as part of an onboarding program and provide customer training as required. This role is also responsible for product help and the knowledge content on the support portal.

In this role, you will:

Educational Development

  • Learn the PCMI products by partnering with our product SMEs
  • Develop base educational content for the PCMI products
  • Develop training and certification programs for PCMI products
  • Ensure that content can be utilized in multiple training pathways

Internal Training

  • Develop a program to certify all PCMI employees on our products – at varying levels of capability.
    • All PCMI employees must be able to log on to, and run through our products as an end user
    • Our implementation and engineering teams must be able to learn how to configure our products
    • Our SMEs must be able to learn the advanced capabilities of the products.

Customer Training

  • Develop a training program to certify customers on the PCMI product modules. The training program will cater to multiple constituents. For example, an Administrator, Dealer or Claims Adjuster
  • Provide a “train the trainer” option to all our customers to train their own end users
  • Deliver customer training as required

Support Portal

  • Rebuild the support portal with a focus on knowledge management, utilizing the content developed for the training programs.
  • Collect, curate and publish release note updates to the support portal

Learning Management System

  • Develop the business case for an LMS, then select, install and deploy the LMS to create an automated eLearning offering to our internal staff and our customers.

Product Integration

  • Partner with the Product Owners to embed “snippets” of training material into the product user interface for integrated, context sensitive learning in the product
  • Develop any required product help content. The preference is for integrated eLearning over documented help files.

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

Experience

  • Experience with the automotive industry at a TPA or dealer level is preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in an educational development and training focused role is required
  • Experience designing detailed educational curriculum including setting learning objectives and determining evaluation criteria
  • Experience creating and presenting engaging course content to internal employees and external clients
  • Experience conducting a skills gap analysis
  • Prior experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS), ADP required
  • Educational development certifications or degree is preferred
  • BA/BS degree in information technology, business, or equivalent is required
  • Experience using tools such as Adobe, Camtasia, or other software for creating visual guides and training videos
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Power Point
