Position Description
The Cultural Marketing Production Artist will report to and work with the CreativeDirector and under the guidance of Marketing leadership to artisticallyphotograph and video spaces, products and people together and/or separately.Operating in an exciting and fast-paced casino environment, the CulturalMarketing Production Artist will curate, develop, film, and edit to createvisual storytelling across multiple platforms, using print, digital andphysical display to inform, engage and entertain. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the SenecaGaming Corporation's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards andobjectives.
Position Requirements
Each position has varying minimum qualifications.In the absence of fully qualified candidates, some requirements may be waived.
Education/Experience:
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- Associate's degree in Communications, Journalism, Film or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience requirements have been met.
- Must have at least four (4) years' experience in story telling via photo and video production and post-production in a professional setting.
- Must have a proven knowledge of Seneca and Haudenosaunee culture and history.
- Must have proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher,
- Must have expert-level skill using Adobe Photoshop CC / Camera Raw, Premier Pro CC, Prelude CC, Audition CC, and Media Encoder CC in a PC environment.
- Exceptional core video-journalism skills, including a high command of video, sound, camera, lights, computers and software used to produce visual and audio journalism is required.
- Competency in videography principles from storyboarding and scripting through final editing and show advanced proficiency using video software such as Adobe Premiere CC.
- Portfolio-proven talent and skill to shoot still photos and video that is both professional and compelling. Must demonstrate a high command of photo and video techniques through sophisticated craftsmanship.
- Experience with advanced multimedia storytelling techniques on multiple platforms a plus.
- Ability to work individually and collaborate effectively in a team environment to create quality content across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent technical knowledge of non-broadcast video equipment.
- Must have proven ability to assess and quickly learn new software packages.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to substantiate a safe driving record within the parameters acceptable to our liability insurance carrier.

- This position requires sitting for long periods of time, as well as some bending and stooping when filming and working with files.
