Cultivation Operations Technicians work together with their TEAM to aid with all aspects of operations, under the direct oversight of their Operations Manager. This TEAM supports overall facility operations throughout all life stages of the plants, from Veg to Bloom, based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.
As a Cultivation Operations Technician TEAM Member, you will:
- Operate equipment such as hand trucks, electric lifts, computers, label applicators, pressure washers, and others, as necessary.
- Assist in harvest and repopulation activities by clearing, cleaning, and resetting flower and vegetative rooms.
- Remove waste from harvest, repopulation, and defoliation events and clear the waste room at the end of each shift.
- Build and maintain equipment such as baker’s racks, harvest carts, vacuums, pressure washers, etc. for transplant and harvest events.
- Help with packaging operations by maintaining and operating printing and packaging equipment.
- Aid order fulfilment by performing cycle counts and picking orders.
- Use a machine trimmer to process small buds for smalls 1/8s and milling for pre-rolls.
- Use a miller/sifter to process machine trimmed buds for pre-rolls.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Clean all work areas involved, e.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces. TEAM Members MUST prioritize Cleanliness and Organization.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by a TEAM Member to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
The TEAM Member must have the ability to lift 50-65 pounds and maneuver between grow room tables.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position is full-time hourly. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. through 3:45 p.m. (Hours are subject to change), depending on the schedule. Overtime is sometimes required during the week or weekends.
AGE REQUIREMENT / STATE REQUIMENT
- Must be 21 years of age (State Requirement)
- State Background Check is required. Reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
COMPENSATION
$17.00 per hour
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Basic math skills.
· High school Diploma
