Role Overview: We are seeking a people-focused trainer who excels in fast-paced, remote environments and is eager to take a hands-on leadership role. In this position, you will contribute to the development of our newest licensing model by administering new Merchant Host training and conducting ongoing Quality Audits for our portfolio of concepts. Working alongside our Development Chef and Operations Support team, your role involves:
New Store Launches Field Training:
- Hands-on collaboration with Host Partners for training and support in the field.
- Ensuring all managers and cooks adhere to our recipes and procedures.
Ongoing Quality Auditing:
- Conducting regular visits and audits of Host partnerships to maintain consistently high-quality operations.

- Willingness to travel and work on-site in dynamic restaurant environments.

Compensation: The location-specific base salary range for this position is $65,600—$98,400 USD in New York. Compensation may vary in other geographies based on factors like skills, experience, and specific work location. Remote roles have localized base salary according to the employee's work location.
Note: 75-80% travel to the Midwest and NY market is required, with no weekend work—only weekdays.
