Culinary Team Member

Greens has been a local favorite since 2011. We have a full-service catering and prepared meal company. We have a busy corporate catering division and do high end weddings, galas and events both at our venue and offsite. We are bringing a mobile food truck on line in 2024. Our Culinary Team works as a cohesive unit like a family, backing each other up every day. The culture of our company is extremely important to us and we value people with a strong work ethic and a desire to create beautiful, delicious and consistent food. Following recipes to the letter is crucial to our success and it is imperative that Team Members take this - and our team work culture - very seriously. We look forward to meeting prospects who can:

• Be able to fill daily orders
• Follow recipes and directions exactly with no deviations or additions
• Work in a team environment
• Easily adapt to last minute changes and additions to the work load
• Manage time effectively to ensure orders go out correcty and on time.
• Knowledge of appropriate food-packing and labeling procedures.
• Ability to multi-task in order to execute a variety of kitchen orders at once
• Willingness to work at our onsite kitchen, at an offsite location, in a concessions kitchen or on a food truck
• Servsafe certified

Our business runs 7 days a week, including evenings. Last minute orders are the norm and all Team Members must be flexible and not affected by these routine occurrences.

Interested candidates will be able to follow directions that come in a variety of formats including worksheets, texts and emails.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
