Queen’s North Hawaii Community Hospital is a 35-bed rural acute care hospital located in Waimea (Kamuela), Hawaii Island. Imaging Services provides care for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients of all ages.
Patient care needs are assessed by the technologist and /or imaging physician and/or nurse. Assessment includes the ability to understand the procedure as well as the ability to complete the examination process.
Care is provided in Imaging Services, Emergency Department, Surgery, and at the patient’s bedside.
JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and performs a variety of CT procedures.
- Provides patient care during procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
- Current Hawaii state license as Radiologic Technologist.
- Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T.).
- Current BLS/HCP certification.
EXPERIENCE:
- Two (2) years experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an acute care facility;
OR One (1) year experience in Radiologic Special Procedures.
- CT experience preferred.

Pay: $41.27 - $45.86 per hour
