JOB SUMMARY
- Answering Heavy Customer Call Volume
- Scheduling Inspections & Service
- Routing Technicians
- Order Entry Of New Customers
- Collecting Payments
- Typing Reports
- Responding To Customer Emails
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
QUALIFICATIONS
- High character, be willing to do the right thing
- Dedicated to Customer Service excellence
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of the area logistics and routing
- Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Must pass pre employment screening and drug test
