We are a contract manufacturer/assembler of custom electrical wiring harnesses and other various electrical assemblies. Our assemblies are used in just about every industry but your customer base would mainly be in the medical field. We are located in Waukesha and have approximately 45 employees. About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative with a positive, professional attitude and ability to think and react quickly. This individual is responsible for all our customer invoicing and weekly A/R collection calls. In this role, you will enter and manage customer orders, consult with the customer to verify product/order specifications and confirm delivery dates. This roles requires the ability to work closely with internal staff (sales, purchasing, engineering, manufacturing) to monitor progress and ultimately ensure your customers’ demands are met. Your ability to positively address and resolve customer inquiries, problems, and complaints regarding product quality, delivery, billing, and other issues will be critical to your success. This position reports to the General Manager and must be able to work independently. Strong computer and interpersonal skills are a must!

Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Professional customer relations skills including business writing and verbal skills
- Must have at least 3 years of Customer Service, sales support, or inside sales experience in a B2B manufacturing environment.
- Analytical thinker with high mental aptitude and good math and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow through is a must
- Strong computer skills a must – data entry, general navigation and eventually a strong understanding of our ERP software
