Responsibilities:
- Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers
- Customer sales and service
- Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices
- Answer phones and return customer calls
- Respond to all emails regarding existing appointments, scheduled appointments, etc.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Order parts and process credit card payments over the phone
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
