Customer Service Rep (CSR) Glendale

Clear Cut Glass (Glendale, AZ) is needing to add another strong Customer Service candidate to their amazing team. We have been in business since 2004 and have a very reputable company. Duties would include answering phone calls and calling in insurance glass claims. Other tasks would include scheduling jobs, ordering glass, handling minor Customer Service issues, etc. Experience in the auto glass industry a plus but definitely not a requirement. Training will be provided.
Candidate must have at least (5) years of Customer Service experience and be able to type proficiently. Must have strong work ethic, high integrity, be detail orientated, multi-task orientated and excellent Customer Service skills is a must. We have a great team (work hard and play hard atmosphere) so you must be able to work with them. Looking for someone who is driven and can work in high paced environment and not get easily flustered. SPANISH SPEAKER IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED.
Prior to hiring, the candidate will be asked to take a test to show typing and other basic office skills.
Pay and Work Schedule for the position:
· $17-$20 per hour
· 40 hours per week (M-F 8am-5pm, there will be times when you need to come in early or stay later)
· ***once hired and fully trained, there is a rotating 3-hour Saturday shift (9am-noon), 1-2 times per month
· Health benefits after 90 days
· Retirement contribution after 2 years on team
