Job Description
We are currently seeking an individual who is excited about denim and is looking to learn and grow with us as we continue to succeed in our field! This position is an amazing opportunity for someone to further hone their skills in design with a key focus on denim.

The ideal candidate is one who is hungry to learn and is eager to build their skills in fashion design.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all job duties are completed
• Answer phone calls, emails and provide information about products, services, and company policies
• Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and process returns
• Ensure accuracy in order details and payments
• Create final counts throughout the day as well as create labels
• Pre-authorize styles by checking inventory
• Upholding and enhancing the company’s brand image through positive interactions

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2yrs. apparel experience preferred
• Must be detail-oriented, organized & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to build relationships with effective communication throughout the company
• Huntington Park, CA 90015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Must be eligible to work in U.S
