Summary
Provides customers with great service by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Speaks to customers by phone or in person to schedule service calls.
- Schedules service calls received via email from builders.
- Provides customers accurate information in a timely manner.
- Provides accurate reporting for accounting team to process billing.
- Gives service technicians a brief summary of scheduled service calls.
- Responds to voicemails.
- Ensures all service calls were taken and completed by on-call technicians.
- Provides customers with courtesy calls informing them the estimated time of arrival of Service Technicians.
- Assists with other duties, as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
