What you'll do:

• Safely and efficiently runs Crushing Plant to meet budgeted goals
• Performs lifting, pulling, carrying and other manual labor tasks to operate equipment designed to crush concrete at site
• Assists in equipment maintenance tasks, reports equipment operation and safety problems to Production Lead/Foreman
• Ensures routine maintenance and inspection is performed on a daily basis and ensures safety and maintenance logs are accurately performed and up to date
• Produces reports of the previous business day’s plant production data and downtime
• Participates in safety meetings as scheduled
• Wears appropriate PPE at all times
• Recommends possible changes in operation to Production Lead/Foreman for improved productivity
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

What you'll need:

• Some experience preferred
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time at conveyor belt operation.
• Ability to climb heights of 40 feet on a regular basis
• Ability to lift, carry, and/or pull 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to work in dusty, loud noise environment
• Required to wear safety equipment including hard hat, safety glasses, goggles, steel toed boots, ear plugs, respirator, gloves and various other similar items as required.
