Sunriver Resort is looking to hire Crosswater's Member Relations Manager! Membership includes access to 63 holes of unparalleled golf on the Crosswater, Meadows, Woodlands, and Caldera Links.The Member Relations Manager will be responsible for membership for the Crosswater Club to include the execution of sales and marketing plans as set forth, growing revenue through Member events, and responsible for all member related programs and initiatives.

 

The Member Relations Manager will always conduct themselves in a manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Commitment, and Open and Honest Communication. They shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times and for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!


  • Coordinate and execute all Member social events planned by Club Management
  • Responsible for increasing Member retention, increasing Member participation, and increasing revenues per Member through relationship fostering and exceptional customer service.
  • Tour all potential members, contact and follow up on all membership inquiries, and send membership information upon request.
  • Execute all member communication including but not limited to electronic newsletters, email blasts, and member website.
  • Execute sales strategies and marketing plan initiatives with the goal of increasing membership sales.
  • Ability to establish and implement programs that enhance and add value to the membership resulting in improved member retention.
  • Develop membership packets and handouts in accordance with Sunriver Resort brand standards.
  • Coordinate and execute, in partnership with Golf Professional and F&B Manager, all Crosswater food and beverage amenities available for golf and social events.
  • Maintain all membership records including membership database and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly membership reports.
  • Processes all Resort Club and Crosswater Club Membership Applications.
  • Manage membership Accounts Receivables and Club Account Payables.
  • Provide Members with accurate Monthly Statements via mail and email.
  • Accurately answer any Member questions regarding their Membership Account or general club inquiries.
  • Pay all invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor time punches in UKG, ensuring accurate payroll.
  • Create and maintain Membership Reports for Club Management and SRLP partnership.
  • Assists with the planning and execution of golf events, social events, and day-to-day member needs.
  • Assists with golf programming at Caldera to include HOA events, junior events, and golf programming.
  • Assist with all Crosswater department activities and tasks which include, but are not limited to, opening/closing the facility, working as a host in the food and beverage outlet, assisting Gatehouse operations, conduct Golf Shop retail transactions, tee time reservations, dinner reservations, and conducting Golf Shop or F&B monthly inventory.
  • Communicate with members and guests in a professional manner.
  • Oversee any social committees as well as operate Advisory Board meetings in the absence of Club Management if necessary.
  • Supervises the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of clubhouse team.
  • Recommends discipline and/or termination when appropriate.
  • Greets and welcomes guests and members upon arrival, acts as host/hostess at member events, holidays, and nightly dinner service when needed.
  • Manages timely completion of performance reviews for Gatehouse staff and Facilities Maintenance Lead.
  • Create monthly schedules for Gatehouse Staff and supervise attendance and payroll.
  • Assists with the development, training, and inspiration of front-line employees for promotion.
  • Provides prompt follow-up to all guest and member questions or concerns.
  • Utilizes labor management tools to schedule and control labor costs.
  • Assists with the update and implementation of Gatehouse employee training programs.
  • Responsible for the achievement of department goals and objectives.
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of hospitality operations and club membership trends.
  • Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any ongoing or upcoming special events.

  • Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
  • Must have a valid Oregon drivers license and meet company driving standards.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Must have excellent leadership skills.
  • Must be a positive example for team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in private, semi-private, or resort-private golf club operations or equivalent.
