The ideal IT Specialist II will be highly motivated and have technical leadership and systems integration experience with cloud-based Salesforce projects designing and implementing System Architecture, providing leadership throughout all phases of the system development life cycle (SDLC).

Desirable Qualifications In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
  • Experience in Salesforce architecture and development, including design of Organizations (Orgs), integration/separation of multiple CRM systems on a single Org, and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and SQL.
  • Experience in Salesforce Cloud computing environments.
  • Professional certifications from Salesforce and/or AWS desired.
  • Experience with MuleSoft AWS desired.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills for self and others.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, mentor, and inspire others.
  • Ability to facilitate of code reviews.
  • Knowledge of Human Centered Design.
  • Knowledge of code pipelines, change control, and release management.
  • Knowledge of project management practices and software development life cycle.

Experience and Education
