Desirable Qualifications In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
- Experience in Salesforce architecture and development, including design of Organizations (Orgs), integration/separation of multiple CRM systems on a single Org, and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and SQL.
- Experience in Salesforce Cloud computing environments.
- Professional certifications from Salesforce and/or AWS desired.
- Experience with MuleSoft AWS desired.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills for self and others.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, mentor, and inspire others.
- Ability to facilitate of code reviews.
- Knowledge of Human Centered Design.
