Sales Operations:
We are looking for a superior CRM Lead to join our team. This individual is someone who will be able to collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support opportunities and how to proactively better serve our customers. They need strong knowledge of Salesforce and it’s functionality to drive customer profiling and direct servicing strategies. Must also be able to manage user workshops and provide constructive feedback on best practices. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with an optimistic viewpoint on our business, wants to help develop new ways of driving our customer experience, and is happy to help Avi & Co grow in service excellence.
Typical duties and responsibilities:
Sales Mentoring:
- Act as a point-of-resource to other departments in the company relating to customers and the CRM software.
- Maximize the characteristics and benefits of the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to analyze business trends
- Create training materials and trouble-shooting documents.
Customer Analysis:
- Create and interpret data from the software.
- Work with different employees to enhance customer care, sales, and marketing based on the CRM data.
- Customize reports from the CRM.
- Stay on top of relevant statistics, including customer retention rate and customer satisfaction.
Data Management:
- Begin CRM initiative by implementing enterprise standards, policies, and procedures.
- Make sure the CRM’s data is accurate and reliable.
- Conduct user testing and upgrade the CRM system.
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or another related field.
- 3+ years of experience with CRM software.
