Position Summary:
This role will be supporting our CRM applications (Salescloud, Servicecloud, Salesforce, SAP CRM) and related integrations from other third-party systems within the enterprise. The CRM Application Analyst will engage in the analysis, design, implementation, and improvements and provide support in collaboration with our IT and business stakeholders to meet the service levels, system availability, performance and quality levels required. Covers all users and physical locations related to the North American region.
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Engage at both a strategic and tactical level with stakeholders and apply business acumen to help define and improve business process flows and connecting platforms (through definition of best practices, generating ideas for improvement and special projects)- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Provide business analysis, specifications and testing as required for all supported systems, with a focus on SAP Cloud/Salesforce applications.
- Create, review, and maintain artifacts, including specifications, and testing plans.
- Provide training and support to end-users on our CRM systems and related IT processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system stability.
- Assist in the implementation of new functionalities and upgrades.
- Participate in Project Management, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Technical Services, Operations and support of CRM and related applications.
- Perform ad hoc analysis, as needed, to support program efforts.
- Be proactive in learning the full scale of features, services, and reporting options available through CRM and business systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR 5+ years of progressive experience in IT.
- 3+ years of experience working with CRM Systems (with at least 1+ years of SAP CRM experience)
- 3+ years of experience in the role of business analyst/CRM specialist
- 2+ years of experience with O365 core applications
- 1+ Experience with a ticketing system (JIRA, Servicenow, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce preferred. (Basic or advanced)
- PMP/CBAP (a plus)
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting issues
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions, processes, and tools
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven experience working with diverse teams.
- Ability to present and articulate both business and technical scenarios.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong team and collaboration skills but able to achieve results independently.
- Quick learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
