What You'll Do: We are currently seeking an experienced Application Analyst to work as part of our Information Services team to support our CRM and Microsoft SharePoint products. The Application Analyst will perform application functionality research services and will work with embedded business analytics or business area subject matter experts to help develop/build business requirements and work with an application engineer as they build/configure the application to meet business requirements. There will be opportunities in this position to help advance CRM and application adoption, learn about applications, including business intelligence/reporting applications, in use within the organization, perform some data analysis, suggest process improvement opportunities, help develop training content and perform some project management work. Targeting candidates with:
- Some CRM and SharePoint experience, with a moderate understanding of sales and service with CRM.
- Proven ability to anticipate business needs and lead to sound decisions.
- Strength in dealing with technical complexities of a financial institution and/or secure environment
This position is Onsite, Hybrid, or Offsite. Candidates from MA, NH, and ME only. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; and
- Three to seven years of related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
