Job Description
The Crisis Management Collaboration Lead on the Enterprise Crisis Management team drives program strategy, analytics, cross-disciplinary integration, and operational alignment. This position directly supports the Crisis Management Executive through identification of bank risk exposure, in-depth impact assessments in context of the bank’s risk appetite and tolerance, and acts as the primary point of contact between the team and leaders across the business. The Crisis Management liaison will be responsible for communicating critical information, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring alignment of objectives. Coordinate and align the Crisis Management team’s decisions and actions with the business leaders’ expectations and priorities. Works closely with senior leadership and diverse risk-type subject matter experts across both first and second lines of defense under a range of scenarios including cyber, technology, life safety, facilities impacts, operations, resiliency, fraud, privacy, and more.
Collaborate with team and business leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Work to integrate U.S. Bank’s Crisis Management program with other, related initiatives and programs (e.g., enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, business continuity/disaster recovery, anti-fraud, etc.); Produce and maintain related documentation and metrics pertaining to incident processes and procedures
Identify opportunities to embed U.S. Bank’s Crisis Management program into existing processes and to leverage technology in the execution of crisis response
Serve as an advisor to the business on crisis and incident response
Provide executive level reports on preparedness, plans, findings, including tracking and resolving ongoing repetitive incident-related issues, root cause analysis status and other post-incident review, preventative measures being implemented, and continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically more than 12 years of applicable experience

Cybersecurity knowledge
Intelligence or business intelligence experience
Systemic financial services industry risks
GIS concepts and tools
Data analytics concepts and tools
Considerable understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business

Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects and people

Applicable professional certifications
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
