Responsibilities:
-Minimum 2 years experience as Criminal defense attorney
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal matters
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop legal strategies
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Proficient in legal research and analysis using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and advocate on behalf of clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
