This job offers weekly pay starting at $9.50-$12.00/hr. PLUS earn a sign-on bonus up to $500

Crew Member / Team Member Responsibilities:

• Taking action to ensure the crew is meeting McDonald's standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Planning for each shift, monitoring performance during all shifts
• Strong customer service skills for working with customers and Team Members
• Communicating well with crew members, other shift managers, and GM
• Responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping with assigned departments

Qualifications:

• You must be 15 years of age, or older to work as a Crew Member / Team Member at McDonald’s
• Reliable transportation
• Able to learn and adapt
• Able to take initiative
• Able to work in a fast-paced fast food restaurant environment
• Strong communication skills and sense of teamwork
