We are looking for Grill Cooks with restaurant experience or just hard-working individuals with good motor skills & hand-eye coordination, who are hard-working, reliable, responsible and always have a great positive attitude.

In addition to grilling our chicken breasts on our hot grills, and assemble food orders in our front kitchens, our Grill Cooks must have superior customer service skills. They must be very friendly at all times, and they must enjoy interacting with our customers.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Greet and interact with all our walk-in customers
• Must be able to explain our full menu and products in plain English
• Must clearly understand all our customer’s orders
• Must be a skilled Grill Cook and cook our chicken breasts in our open flame grills without burning or serving undercooked chicken
• Prepare and serve food to the customers in the store and for our delivery orders
• Must follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Must have basic math skills in order to manage chicken production levels during high or low levels of business
• Cleaning work shall consist of sweeping and mopping the floors and scrubbing, cleaning the grill at the end of each day
• Performs other duties and tasks as determined by the store managers or supervisors and moves with a sense of urgency
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures at all times
• Is always friendly and has a positive attitude even under stressful times

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the USA

• Must always wear clean black pants, have a neat and well-groomed appearance, always shaven (if male)

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Must be always on time and never be late for your working shifts, because this position is critical to our success

• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time in a very hot environment

• Must be able to speak and read basic English

Pay: $13.00 per hour
