- Trains to be familiar with FOH or BOH workstations, to include greeting guests and taking orders in our POS system, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes

- Delivers Smileable Experiences to all guests by being genuine and connecting with guests, resolving any concerns or complaints that may arise
