Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register and Aloha POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
