Job Title: Crew Member

Duties:
- Sanitate work areas, including kitchen and dining areas, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and answering questions.
- Assist in the kitchen by cooking, grilling, or frying food items as needed.
- Bus tables and clean dining areas to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices.
- Promote sales by suggestive selling and upselling menu items to customers.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.

Skills:
- Sanitation: Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas.
- Basic math: Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and order processing.
- Cash handling: Experience with accurately handling cash transactions using a POS system.
- Helpfulness: Willingness to assist customers and team members as needed.
- Kitchen experience: Familiarity with basic food preparation tasks in a kitchen environment.
- POS system: Ability to operate a point-of-sale system for order processing and payment handling.
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality.
- Bussing: Ability to clear tables and clean dining areas efficiently.
- Food service: Understanding of customer service principles in a food service setting.
- Sales: Ability to promote sales through suggestive selling techniques.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
