POSITION SUMMARY: Supervise and lead Crew Members offsite by following standard Mariani work methods and practicing safe work habits to ensure production of the crew is as efficient and safe as possible. Support individual Crew Members and Crew Leaders-in-Training to effectively and efficiently perform the functions of their jobs to increase production and maintain client satisfaction on all levels. Typical crew size is 3-4 Crew Members.

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
- Supervise and coordinate the work activities of the crew
- Assign tasks and provide guidance and support to crew members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train new crew members and provide ongoing training to improve skills and performance
- Monitor and report progress and issues to management
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any hazards or safety concerns
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the work process
WORKING CONDITIONS: Work requires the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on occasion, and frequently transport plant material around the job site up to 50 lbs. Physical requirements also include lifting, bending, walking, carrying, and pushing (i.e., lawnmower) on a repetitive basis. This position works outdoors in various whether conditions. The noise level at the job site may be loud when operating certain equipment, such as a lawnmower or backpack blower. Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to client needs and deadlines.
