```Job Overview``` We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscaping and grounds maintenance. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. ```Duties``` - Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and other lawn maintenance tasks - Operate power tools and equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers - Assist with garden maintenance including planting, weeding, and watering - Participate in snow plowing and ice removal during winter months - Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and other landscaping features - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas - Assist with hardscape installation such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls - Use hand tools for tasks such as pruning, raking, and spreading mulch - Assist with tree care including pruning, trimming, and removal ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Experience with mowing and lawn maintenance techniques - Proficiency in operating power tools commonly used in landscaping - Knowledge of garden care practices including planting and watering - Familiarity with snow plowing techniques and equipment operation - Ability to perform physical labor including digging and lifting heavy objects - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues - Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively If you are passionate about landscaping and enjoy working outdoors, we encourage you to apply for the position of Landscape Laborer.
