Crew Leader

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our construction team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and lead construction crews, providing guidance and support throughout the project
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Utilize software such as Prolog, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam to manage project budgets, estimates, and schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with project managers to develop work plans and allocate resources effectively
- Train and mentor crew members on proper construction techniques and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
- Experience with construction estimating software such as ProCore or HeavyBid
- Excellent budgeting skills to effectively manage project costs
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of construction workers
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during construction projects
