As a Crew Leader , you will play a critical role in overseeing the truck washing operations. Your leadership skills and ability to manage a team of dedicated washers will be essential in delivering outstanding results and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

JOB DUTIES

• Clean and power wash truck fleets and heavy equipment
• Supervise the activity of assigned Technicians
• Ensure that all T&T Mobile Washing’s standard operating procedures are followed
• Ensure all trucks are equipped with the tools needed for jobs
• Must show a high level of detail when inspecting trucks and equipment
• Must be able FOLLOW and COMPLETE daily, weekly and monthly checklists
• Have capabilities to perform minor maintenance repairs on trucks and equipment

REQUIREMENTS

*MUST HAVE 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN A MANAGEMENT OR CREW LEADING POSITION

*Valid US driver's license required*

• Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to efficiently direct others on the team
• Confidence in personal ability
• Proactive decision making

Speed and quality of work will directly affect pay rate/raises

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
