```Duties``` - Lead a crew of landscapers in performing various tasks related to Lawn Care, garden maintenance, and groundskeeping. - Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew members to ensure efficient and high-quality work. - Plan and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and client expectations. - Perform hands-on work alongside crew members, including mowing, trimming, planting, irrigating, and maintaining landscapes. - Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures. - Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and tools. - Communicate with clients to address any concerns or requests. ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the landscaping or groundskeeping industry. - Strong knowledge of Lawn Care, garden maintenance, irrigation systems, tree care, and landscape maintenance techniques. - Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve goals and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with crew members and clients. - Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
