- Our team is a part of the Single-Family Acquisitions Division of Freddie Mac
- We work with business partners to develop financial capability and education initiatives that prepare consumers for resiliency, sustainable renting and homeownership
- The CreditSmart suite of multilingual financial capability and housing education products supports first-time homebuyers, homeowners, renters, and underserved communities
Your Impact:
- Develop and manage multi-stakeholder initiatives involving new CreditSmart learning resources with Freddie Mac business units and external partners
- Collaborate with Marketing/ Communications teams on strategy and plans
- Manage CreditSmart roadmap, track budget and manage vendors
- Back up CreditSmart team on operational support, training, and customer care
- Contribute to thought leadership through articles, speaking engagements and participation in working groups and industry events/ conferences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years related experience
- Experience with homeownership education, housing counseling, financial capability, affordable lending, community development and diversity, equity and inclusion
- Demonstrated track record working on impactful multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excellent collaboration, organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and other technology tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to deliver impactful messages to diverse partners and industry groups
- Travel to industry events (approximately 20%)

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $130,000 - $196,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
