ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures all marketing contracts are current and pricing and terms are accurate, complete and delivered in a timely manner
- Acts as liaison with marketing personnel, customers and other departments regarding contracts and pricing
- Quarterly confirm accuracy of contractual data in Salesforce.
- Creates and maintains agreements and master data customer, vendor and contract forms (deal sheets)
- Prepares pricing and other marketing reports
- Maintains terminal access agreements
- Processes Yearly M.S.D.S. notification and distribution to new customers
- Maintains all customer files, electronic and hard copy
- Works as needed with the legal team regarding contractual changes, questions on terms and executing agreements
- Maintains and runs ad hoc reporting in Power BI, Salesforce and DocuSign
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their manager, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.
