Position Summary:
This position is responsible for preparing credit files, including obtaining required credit reports and verifying the patron's identification credentials and signature, for review by a credit authorizer.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
Processes credit applications efficiently and accurately by phone, fax, the web or in person
Requests, verifies and documents gaming, bank and credit bureau reports
Notifies Supervisor of critical information on gaming, bank and credit bureau reports to ensure good credit decisions
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares, scans and indexes credit files and records for record storage

Training Requirements:
Must complete and pass the Credit Representative 90 Day Certification Program
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to handle stressful situations
Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Minimum Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous credit or casino accounting experience or at least one year of general office experience
Strong computer skills in Word and Excel
