Member Service Representative - Part Time

America’s First Network Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative based at our Groton location (may assist at other locations in Connecticut as needed). Your schedule will consist of a 24 hour work week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility to cover for staff absences.

As a Part Time MSR, you will assist members with their financial transactions while providing friendly, professional, personal service. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, with good communication skills, a general understanding of PCs with Windows-based applications, and calculators. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Previous experience in a credit union or banking environment is a plus.
