-9:00am-6:00pm
-10:00am-7:00pm
-11:00am-8:00pm

Daily Responsibilities for Credit & Collections Specialist:
- Outbound calls to patients and collecting payment
- Great Customer service skills
- Multiple shift options: Monday - Friday
-9:00am-6:00pm
-10:00am-7:00pm
-11:00am-8:00pm
Required Qualifications for Credit & Collections Specialist:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous healthcare industry experience with knowledge of medical terminology
- 1 year of commercial debt collection experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook email
Preferred Qualifications for Credit & Collections Specialist:
- Insurance experience
- Specialty Pharmacy experience
- Excel experience
