We are looking for a creative problem solver with sharp technological skills who can thrive in projects where minimal instruction and direction is provided to achieve desired results. This role reports directly to the Innovation + Technology Principal and will assist in day-to-day tasks that have a direct impact on projects with high profile clients. You will perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to the coordination, research, development, and delivery of show technological production elements for various projects as required. The intern candidate will gain experience in the show production field and enhance their skills in developing creative technologies.
*Please submit a portfolio*
DESIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience knowledge of the coordination, designing, building, and installation of A/V, lighting, projection, and other technical production equipment.
  • Diverse skillset encompassing visual arts, film production, engineering, and software. Must be able to clearly express oneself in a variety of media.
  • Pipeline experience with software applications such as CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Fusion360), Unreal Engine, Procreate, and audio/video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Audacity, Pro Tools).
  • Fluency desired in MicroPy/Python, C++, Node.js, Processing, and Touchdesigner.
  • Direct first-hand experience with mechanical design. Looking for someone who can demonstrate things that they themselves have built.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve technical issues and challenges.
  • Looking for a plastic thinker who is a flexible problem solver and not dogmatic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.

Recommended Skills/Qualifications:
