Creative Services Coordinator

Description/Duties:

Austin based fine art consulting firm seeks a dynamic, highly organized individual to join our creative team working on hospitality projects nationally and internationally. Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment remotely.

This position is responsible for assisting the creative team with production of artwork for hospitality projects. Candidate is required to be located in Texas, preferably the Austin area.

Duties include:

• Set up high-res files for digital printing, and proof for color accuracy
• Package original artwork, and coordinate shipping of these materials
• Responsible, along with guidance from supervisor(s), for internet research for creative/artistic sources nationwide or internationally, and working with artists on these projects
• Coordinate shipping of artwork from vendor to end client
• Responsible for scanning fine art and photographic media
• Maintain relationships with outside vendors and artists for appointed projects
• Must maintain courteous, professional and effective working relationships with staff members at all times
• Must be sufficiently adaptable to accept and perform in a timely and effective manner work assignments that are outside of the normal (day-to-day) routine
• Must be self motivated in a remote home office environment

Education (or Equivalent Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art and Photography or related field, or equivalent experience

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be extremely organized and possess an exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Mac OS
• Expert knowledge of digital imaging processes, graphic file formats, and large format digital printing
• 3–5 years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Suites; specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of large format scanning and Epson fine art printers
• Experience in managing multiple timelines, clients and deadlines
• Experience in Teamwork project management system a plus

• Ability to work overtime hours when necessary.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office with accurate input ability.
• Good organizational skills and accuracy when working with details under time pressures.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain focus and accuracy.
• Ability to understand and follow safety/security practices and all other Company policies.

Working Conditions:

The work is typically performed remotely from home. The work involves a majority of sitting, bending and some lifting of up to 45 pounds.
