Creative Project Manager

LHH is seeking a Creative Project Manager. As a Creative Project Manager with a background in Food & Beverage. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of products and managing projects overseeing artwork, packaging design and production.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee a portfolio of Food & Beverage products, ensuring each aligns with the brand's creative vision and market positioning. 

• Lead cost reduction projects related to packaging, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance production line efficiencies. 

• Initiate and execute packaging redesign initiatives to meet evolving market trends. 

• Ensure that package designs align with marketing objectives, exhibit robust quality, and provide optimal functionality. 

• Safeguard product and brand integrity through meticulous design oversight. 

• Ensure that new packaging formats meet and maintain COGS targets while meeting quality standards. 

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external manufacturers and vendors to bring Creative Projects to fruition. 

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to streamline communication and enhance project outcomes. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consumer goods, with a focus on Food & Beverage products. 

• In-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage regulated industry, including awareness of industry trends and regulations. 

• Proficient in project management tools. 

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Familiarity with Adobe tools for design purposes. 

• Knowledge of Flexo, Litho, shrink sleeves, and Salsify. 

• Must be open to contract work, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on varied project durations. 

Pay Rate:$35/Hr-$45/HR

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
