The Learning & Talent Solutions Center of Excellence creates engaging experiences and platforms for employees across The Walt Disney Company. We design and develop high impact presentations, engaging digital experiences, and immersive learning and development.
Our team is seeking a Creative Producer to join in the creation and execution of best-in-class enterprise-level employee experiences by using design and technology to strategically support In Person, virtual and digital resources for the employees of The Walt Disney Company.
The candidate must be a quick learner to best serve our participants and support the back end of getting experiences off the ground.
This role is based in Burbank, California. If selected, you will report to the Manager, Creative Development.
What You will do
- Contribute to the design and sustainment of original, useful, and sophisticated learning experiences for employees across The Walt Disney Company
- Virtually produce orientation and leadership development experiences with audiences of 300+ in Zoom and similar platforms
- Manage a library of digital assets across a range of experiences including images, videos and email design
- Update copy and visual design across email, drag and drop websites and presentations
- Document and manage a knowledge-base of best practices and updates in the virtual production space
- Coordinate and collaborate on experience logistics with partners from across The Walt Disney Company from awareness to close
- Apply your exceptional attention to detail and craft, ensuring experiences fully reflect Disney quality standards
- Interpret, infuse and leverage our unique brands and properties to deliver on high expectations from our employees
- Use excellent visual, communication and storytelling skills to represent the experience design process with stakeholders and internal partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional experience in the virtual experience space or related field
- Proven experience with presentation design preferably in Keynote
- Proficiency across all Zoom features including Meetings, Webinar, Breakout Rooms, Polling, Annotation, etc.
- Proficient across Slack and MS Teams and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Ability to balance multiple projects, work with diverse work styles and work within a deadline driven environment
- Attention to detail, highly creative, well organized, proactive follow through and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to intentionally seek out a diverse range of perspectives and partners to create an inclusive approach to problem-solving
- Innovative spirit
- Adaptable to changing business priorities at short notice
- Work independently with minimal guidance
- Serve as a mentor and resource to colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid knowledge in graphic design tools Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; User Experience design; Basic understanding of HTML
Education
- Degree/experience across graphic design, illustration, video, photo, branding, marketing, event production or related field or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in California is $77,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
