The Creative Operations Specialist, In-Store is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational needs of the In-Store Creative team. This individual will ensure efficient workflow for store promotional collateral, planograms, brand campaigns and other miscellaneous projects. This role will specialize in ensuring various stages of projects are met in a timely and efficient manner, assist team in prioritization and have a clear understanding of project deliverables.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the creative teams in delivering exceptional marketing campaigns and design projects in all in-store workflows, working in close partnership with design, copywriting, and photography teams.
- Work closely with teams to coordinate briefings for creative projects and gather all necessary information and details.
- Facilitate the intake process and screen project requests to ensure project information is provided in its entirety for in-store creative projects. Complete follow ups and recaps as appropriate.
- Coordinate creative development process including inputs, outputs, schedules, meetings and proofing of in-store projects and ensure teams adhere to business requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Orchestrate day-to-day activities on assigned projects and be proficient in the preparation of project timelines, internal status reports, daily hot sheets, end of day lists and various other project management and tracking reports.
- Partner closely with in-store production team to define milestone dependencies for timeline development and process optimization opportunities between in-store creative and in-store production teams.
- Organize, schedule and lead internal status meetings with project team members.
- Negotiate and collaborate with in-store creative and production teams on timing adjustments and understand complex scheduling overlaps to foresee timing or workload conflicts.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Interact directly with internal business partners, using judgment and discretion on how to best resolve issues.
- Update status of all jobs in a workflow and project management tool on a daily basis. Provide updates on a weekly or as-needed basis to other members of the in-store creative team.
- Review project reports, identify potential issues, and share with team or management as needed.
- Display a team approach and ensure communication between creative, visual merchandising, marketing and store design is occurring, to monitor and summarize project progress.
- Skilled at creating timelines, analyzing data and process development.

- Undergraduate degree in relevant field (Marketing, Project Management, Design, Business Management).
- 2-4 years of experience inproject management, trafficking or creative services within a fast paced creativeenvironment, retail experience is a plus.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter capable of meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant project tracking and planning software (Monday.com and Workfront preferred).
- Helpful but not required - Understanding of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
