    Job Description

    We are looking for a Social Creative Manager for the ServiceNow social team, who will drive creative development and execution across a variety of socially-led efforts and content types. Examples include customer stories, employee stories, pop tech content series and executive communications. Content types include social-first film, infographics, and static as well as social captions and post copy. This person will work hand-in-hand with our social team and brand creative team to ensure all creative aligns to our company mission, maintains a consistent identity and tone of voice, and reinforces our brand positioning.

    The ideal candidate will have a conceptual digital-first art direction and/or design background, along with proficiency in creating animations and video content for social channels. They should be able to thoughtfully collaborate with the broader creative team to develop original, effective social-first ideas and execute those ideas across our social channels. They should be a proactive self-starter who can work nimbly within a fast-moving organization with a variety of ongoing creative needs, while also being able to prioritize projects, ideate with other creatives and meet deadlines. They should be willing to push the envelope by proactively identifying fresh innovative ways to achieve the brand’s marketing and business objectives through creative storytelling in social. The role will report into the Executive Creative Director.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute socially-led creative concepts and deliverables to support multiple streams of marketing efforts including, but not limited to, brand storytelling, executive storytelling, and employee storytelling.

    • Work with social team leads on creative briefs for both internal projects as well as for agencies.

    • Partner with brand creatives on omnichannel creative work to ensure social-first components and adherence to best practices by channel.

    • Review and provide feedback on agency creative as needed to ensure creative excellence and alignment with global brand strategy and positioning.

    • Present creative deliverables to senior leadership to gain alignment and approvals as needed.

    • Thoughtfully manage multiple ongoing projects with varying urgency.

    • Background in design, art direction, and proficiency in animation and video.

    • Digital-first concept & design: Can ideate with others and/or individually and proactively write up concept ideas with a social-first lens

    • Content creation: Can create compelling and relevant social content and experiences that reinforce our purpose, values and increase brand affinity and advocacy.

    • Proactive planning: Identifies new creative trends and possibilities for social channels and closely follows new and upcoming channel capabilities and features.

    • Prioritization & Agility: Ability to prioritize daily creative needs and shareholder requests against team priorities.

    • Collaboration: Facilitates effective collaboration among creative team and cross-functionally; comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.

    • Action-Oriented: Takes on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm.

    • Communicates effectively: Can present and sell-in their work with senior leadership

    • Self-development: Doesn’t settle for the status quo; always seeks ways to improve and drive better results; takes on new stretch opportunities to continuously grow own leadership capabilities.

    **Desired Skills & Experience **

    • Minimum of 8 years experience at either an agency or in-house team, ideally with a focus in digital & social.

    • An award-winning diverse portfolio that showcases memorable creative, with specific social examples.

    • Strong knowledge of social platforms, industry and creative trends along with current social best practices and channel capabilities.

    • Proficient in production and post-production processes

    • Experience with creative development for B2B brands is appreciated; agility in hypergrowth environments necessary.

    • Strong presentation skills and ability to work with all levels of management and internal stakeholders.

    • Bachelor’s degree or Creative Portfolio School Certificate or related degree.

    • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
