The Creative Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and creating engaging internal and customer facing advertising/marketing content to engage audiences to purchase Honda products.
Creative Design Coordinator has strong aesthetic judgement and decision making to create high quality creative content that strategically aligns and supports the business enterprise goals. This requires continuous collaboration with various business teams requiring strong soft skills and business acumen to absorb and execute on diverse key objectives.
Creative Design Coordinator being an inhouse resource will help internal teams to be nimble and reduce expense compared to sourcing out these specialized services to outside suppliers/ agencies. This requires an individual with specialized skillsets in diverse digital and analog mediums and can quickly switch based on demand. Specialized skillsets including and not limited to graphic design, photography, videography, technical and freeform drawing and CG experience is a plus.
Creative Design Coordinator is responsible for studying creative briefs, scheduling projects and defining requirements to inform project scope and if there are budget needs. Working closely with Sr Designer, Creative Design Coordinator will conduct creative ideation, proposals for approval to Department lead and clients. Creative Design Coordinator is methodical, and meets deadlines, delivering high quality appealing on-brand(s) deliverables. Areas of support including email, banner ads, websites, social posts, print layout, photography, photo retouch, video editing, and bespoke vector art and logo design.
Passionate about learning new skills and staying ahead of technical and design trends and developments.
About this Position:
This position ensures customer, technician, dealership, and business perspectives are included in new model development and projects. Working primarily at the early stages of development, the Sr. Engineer II negotiates with other Honda business units and divisions, ADC & 4MOC function teams, and suppliers to ensure stakeholder perspectives are reflected to the specification based on data analysis, market trends, and business objectives. The Sr. Engineer II is a forward-thinking subject matter expert who is responsible for transparency, collaboration (within team and across organization), and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
Combines aesthetic and marketing skills to understand, anticipate and interpret business objectives into impactful internal and customer facing creative deliverables
Coordinate and execute photos, post retouch, bespoke logos and designs, typography, icons, print ready layout, email campaign design layouts, and website design, and translating layouts to meet diverse platforms (social media, website, print, email)
Participate in team meetings to collect feedback, insight and key business objectives to guide creative execution. Receptive to feedback to develop and refine deliverables.
Supports Enterprise business with graphic and design support, including assisting department members with photo and video production shoots.

Required Work Experience:
3-5 years
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Including and not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, bridge, lightroom, aftereffects, premiere
Marketing understanding and project coordination skills.
Strong portfolio of work displaying a variety of design executions.
Photography background
Required Education:
BFA degree in graphic design, with photography and animation experience
Desired skills:
Good understanding and able to learn new software and processes.
Basic understanding of scheduling
Experience with video editing and photography background
Good eye for detail, aesthetics, color, scaling, and lensing. Product focussed.
Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, illustration, animation, perspective drawing, and copy
Automotive Industry background
CG software experience is a plus (Maya, Catia, Unreal)
Experience working in a creative / agency environment is a plus.

Competitive base salary $64,480 - $92,400
