Essential Functions:
- Samples from Helix, Laser and X2/X5
- New form/machine set up including recipe setup, quickset, tooling, etc.
- Setup media profiles
- Setup Onyx backup and printer drivers
- Color recalibration
- Keep all Helix and X-2s in working condition and not let them sit idle for days
- New tooling ideation/validation
- Perform linearization
- Perform monthly PMs
- Refill inks and empty waste tanks
- Perform changeovers
- Product Durability test- e.g. Dishwasher, adhesive scratch test
- Reclaim printed cups
- Troubleshoot equipment
- Work in cooperation with other team members
- Graphics, X2 and engraving support
- Train other team members on machine: e.g. Setup, Operation, Calibration, Linearization, Troubleshooting, etc.
- Interdepartmental communication with design teams for all sample requests
Working Conditions:
- Work in a closed environment
- Work with inks and flame
- Must be able to occasionally bend, lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand at least eight (8) hours per day

- Required general computer skills

- Works well in a team-based environment with limited supervision
