We are seeking small and large hydro Crane Operators who meet the following criteria:
- Licensed by nationally recognized organization (NCCCO, etc.)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class A - manual transmission) - no special endorsements needed
- Current DOT Medical Examination Card
- Minimum 3 years experience -- real in-seat operating experience
- Motivated and personable character
- Ability to pass a background check (we do a lot of work on military installations and they require this)

We are 24+ year old company specializing in cranes and construction equipment. Headquartered in San Diego, our contracts and jobs are mostly located in San Diego -- some in Los Angeles. About the position:
This position is such a dynamic and challenging one! It entails operating mobile hydraulic cranes (sizes ranging from 23 ton boom trucks to a 450 ton all-terrain crane) in our "taxi" crane rental fleet. Every day is something new – and no two customers are alike. You would typically be working on a team with drivers, riggers, and maybe even other operators to make each job a success. There is also lots of room to grow and expand your knowledge base! We want this to be a place you enjoy coming to every day!

Physical Demands:
While performing the responsibilities of this job, Crane Operators are required to talk and hear. Crane operators are often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel and they are also often required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the operator is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. High noise levels and required use of hearing, eye, head and foot protection is expected.
